Make a Gift to Support the Work of St. Bart’s Church
Whether you are a parishioner, a volunteer, a community member, or anyone who appreciates all that we do at St. Bart’s, it’s easy for you to support our efforts. You can choose to give to St. Bart’s Church as a whole or to St. Bart’s Food Bank or both!
St. Bart’s provides charitable tax receipts for all gifts. Tax receipts are mailed in January for the previous year. We are immensely grateful for all donations.
Cash/Cheque Gifts
We gratefully accept cash or cheque gifts every Sunday in our collection plate. Please come and check us out! Put your gift in one of our Visitor envelopes, so we can send you a tax receipt.
Or you may drop off a cash/cheque gift to the office during office hours or mail it to us. Cheques can be made out to St. Bart’s Anglican Church or to St. Bart’s Food Bank.
Pre-Authorized Donation (PAD) Gifts
Set up a recurring monthly gift withdrawn directly from your bank account or credit card by completing our Pre-Authorized Donation form. Return it to the office or email ParishAccounting@stbarts-gibsons.com or mail it to 659 North Rd, Gibsons, V0N 1V9.

In partnership with CanadaHelps, St. Bart’s can receive online donations through your credit card. You can set up a one-time donation or a recurring monthly gift. Click here to be taken to the CanadaHelps portal for St. Bart’s. Tax Receipts are issued from CanadaHelps.
Pledge
An annual pledge is your commitment to support the community and spiritual work of St. Bart’s. Having pledges allows St. Bart’s to plan its finances for the coming year. Gifts by Will/Bequest
Leave a legacy that generates benefits long after you are gone.
You can choose to leave a bequest to St. Bart’s in your Will. We will provide an official receipt for income tax purposes to your estate. Bequests can be a specific dollar amount or a residual gift (either the entire residue or a percentage of your estate). Please consult your lawyer for advice on the best language to use.
