Qigong Tuesday from 10:30-11:30

September through June. (pronounced chi gong) is a slow, meditative set of movements  recommended for enhancing bone and muscle health, important components in our overall well-being. Exercises are led by Pam Proctor

All sessions are on a drop-in basis and everyone is welcome. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per session.

Osteo-exercise Friday from 10:00am-11:00am – TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

 September through June. Osteo-exercise welcomes anyone concerned with bone health to attend the hour-long session.  Gentle warm-up and stretching, exercises with rubber tubing and hand held weights, relaxation and meditation for anyone seeking to improve strength and balance. Sessions are led by Jacquie Allen and Pam Proctor in the Church Hall.
