VICAR: The Rev. Dr. Joyce Parry-Moore and
Diocese of New Westminster: Minister for Climate Justice
We are delighted to welcome the Rev. Dr. Joyce Parry-Moore, who began her ministry on February 1st, 2023 as St. Bart’s new Parish Vicar. Joyce, or Mother Joyce aka ‘MoJo’, as she prefers, comes to us from the Seattle area where she most recently served for six years as the priest of St. James Episcopal Church. Mother Joyce has a background in opera and theatre production, a Master of Divinity, and a D.Min. in Pastoral Counselling. She will bring much-needed energy and fresh ideas to our little parish.
